PROBLEM STATEMENT
TRACK: OPEN INNOVATION AND SYMBL.AI
Designing an efficient way to manage and store an organisation’s minutes of the meeting using Artificial Intelligence.
EXISTING SOLUTIONS
The existing solutions consist of:
-> having people to write the Minutes of the Meeting, session description using conventional text editing tools etc.
->managing the storage of Minutes in a third party software (eg. google docs, notion, craft, etc.)
->other solutions are not feasible for small organisations (using video and audio processing)
OUR SOLUTION
We aim to develop a web interface/extension that provides any organisation, with a method to create the minutes of its meetings, show key points covered and other analytics (discussed ahead) WITH JUST ONE CLICK.
KEY CONCEPTS USED
SPEECH TO TEXT CONVERSION
We are taking speech as an input from client, which is then converted to text using deep learning library.
TEXT PROCESSING USING SYMBL.AI
The converted text is then filtered and cleaned, after which it is processed using SYMBL.AI API
WYSIWYM
We have focussed on implementing WYSIWYM: "What you see is what you mean"
