Bitcoin:

The most powerful liberalizing tool of global opportunism

Bitcoin is crucial for Paralelní Polis

  • We love Bitcoin and have always loved it!
  • We started the first Bitcoin coffee place in the world
  • In 2004, we began to organize HCPP, the biggest cryptoanarchist conference
  • We managed hundreds of Bitcoin meetups in Paralelni Polis
  • We had the first testing Bitcoin ATM machine for General Bytes

Awareness of tax slavery

  • Am I a tax slave? How did I become a tax slave? Do I feel comfortable in the position of a slave?
  • Involuntary taxation also means mandatory health and/or social insurance, a de-facto extra tax.
  • Often you are born as a tax slave by your citizenship (citizens of the USA or Eritrea)
  • Or you don't have the possibility of not being a tax slave somewhere (e.g., Slovak and Czech citizens). If they travel full-time with no residency or center of interest, they'll become the tax residents of their citizenship country!

You have to be a tax slave somewhere!

But fortunately, you still have an excellent possibility to choose "the good" tax master.

Magic 183 days "I am your master" period!

  • After this period, the given country always usurps you as a tax resident
  • In many countries, this is much less than 183 days (e.g., if you own the US disregarded LLC company, you shouldn't stay in the US more than 31 days per year)

Awareness of global apartheid

  • We live in a society of global apartheid - global discrimination of all people based on their birthplace.
  • You are discriminated according to your passport
  • Unlucky people born in "shitty countries" with "shitty passports" usually never can leave their home country and achieve their dreams in a better country (ask your friend from Iran, North Korea, or other countries)
  • All states accept the global apartheid. and they call it "visas policies"

Visas policy, it's a collective decision!

We are protecting against dangerous immigrants, crimes, etc.

Not at all, it's fabricated government bullshit. Read this book:

Thanks to governments, immigrants cannot come to my private property and work there!

If you are a consistent utilitarian, an egalitarian, a consistent libertarian, a believer in meritocracy or Kantianism, or just a strong Christian with an intrinsic respect for Christian values, then in the end, you will always conclude that the best thing for society as well as for the individual is open borders.

To have the most personal and economic freedom you need to have "good cards" in your wallet

With no "good cards," you are stuck - you cannot move freely, you cannot open a bank account, you cannot drive, you cannot do business, ...

So the question is...

How to obtain the best cards on the market?

Become an global opportunist!

Good citizenship/passport is a standard (but expensive) commercial product that rich people can buy

  • The best EU passport (Golden visas) - the Spanish (500k EUR), Malta (600-750k EUR)
  • The best non-EU passport - St Kitts & Nevis (expect 200k USD+ investment to the government fund or the property)
  • The best and most reasonable cheap passport - St. Lucia (100k USD)
  • The cheapest non-EU passport - Brazil. Have a baby there, learn Portuguese, and then in 1-2 years of living there as a parent, ask for a Brazilian citizenship in a naturalization process

Do I need a second citizenship?

  • Any EU passport is sufficiently good (but you don't want to have residency there).

  • If you are a US citizen, you need another passport to stop being a tax slave.
  • If you are a citizen of any country, you need another passport to have better legal protection - by the second country if the first one revokes your passport or wants to deport you.
  • Your citizenship usually doesn't define your tax residency (for this, you need a good permanent residency/center of your interests)

Have a baby in "citizenship-by-soil" country

And it'll be easier for you  as a parent to obtain a residency and, later the citizenship in the given country

Avoid a country where citizenship means a tax-slavery!

Choose a good residency!

  • A temporary or permanent residency defines your center of interest, and your tax residency too.
  • Avoid residencies with duties (like in the EU)
  • Prefer residencies with no or territorial taxation (light-blue ones)

Paraguay is probably the best and cheapest residency for digital nomads

  • If you don't stay anywhere also the majority of your time and you have a center of interests in Paraguay only, you can enjoy the benefits of territorial taxation
  • Immediately as you receive your national ID (cedula), we can register you at the Paraguayan tax office and ask for your Paraguayan driving license
  • You likely have to be a tax resident somewhere. Otherwise, your home country/issuer of your passport will usurp you!

Why Paraguay?

  • It is easy to obtain a temporary residency there (and should be easy to obtain a permanent residency, too in the future)
  • Non-CRS country that doesn't do automatic reporting
  • "Tax paradise" in South America, 10% income tax for Paraguayan sourced income, 0% for foreign income out of Paraguay, 10% VAT
  • Core member of Mercosur
  • Stable and cheap environment
  • A strong crypto community of expats
  • Flawless 3-day guided immigration experience

Other good residencies with zero or territorial taxation

  • Panama
    • To obtain a permanent residency, you must own the property for at least 200k USD or be employed in a Panamanian company for the first two years.
  • Uruguay
    • To obtain a permanent  / tax residency, you must stay physically in Uruguay for most of your first two years.
  • Dubai
    • You have to visit Dubai every six months and keep your residency by doing business there (using a Dubai company or being officially employed there)

Doing a legal service, business in most countries (including the EU)

  • If you are a non-US citizen and can afford to do business out of the US, then the best is to use the US LLC "disregarded" company
  • The US signed double-tax treaty agreements with almost all countries. Therefore US invoices are widely accepted without the need for withdrawal taxes.
  • You can easily open a bank account for your US LLC company on Mercury.com or Wise.com or use your personal bank account (e.g., in Georgia) without legal problems

Stay in Bitcoin!

(if you can afford it)

  • If you prefer Bitcoin instead of bank accounts, you'll receive a lot of freedom, with Bitcoin Lightning even a lot of privacy!
  • No bank reporting
  • No stopping / freezing your transactions
  • No stupid questions from 3rd parties organizations
  • With no bank account, the number of your possibilities to create a company significantly increases
  • Bitcoin is the best liberation tool ever!

Banks for digital nomads

  • With the banks, it's like with the regulations, the best bank is no bank (if you can afford it :-)
  • Prefer non-CRS banks (that do not do automated reporting), e.g., Georgian and Paraguayan banks.
  • Or prefer banks with banks that do not have problems with your Paraguayan tax residency (e.g., xapo.com, Georgian banks)

Phones and SIM cards

  • Buy the recent Google Pixel and flash it with GrapheneOS
  • Consider Banana Phone (Nokia 8110 4G) with IMEI changing functionality
  • eSIMs are more practical than SIMs,
  • Prefer anonymous SIM cards (keepgo.com paid by Bitcoin, silent.link)
  • Consider some KYCed SIM cards with excellent and cheap roaming (fi.google.com if you spend the majority of your time in the USA, Paraguayan Claro if you are a resident of Paraguay, mypokefi.com if you want to cover the whole world still for a good price)

The Global Opportunist may look like this:

  • EU citizenship with no residency in the EU
  • Permanent and tax residency in Paraguay and Panama
  • Service company in Wyoming/USA
  • Using Monero / Bitcoin every time it's possible!
  • If a bank account, then in a non-CRS country Georgia, Paraguay
  • If a crypto card, then the Xapo.com crypto card
  • International healthcare provider William & Russell
  • eSIM from Paraguayan Claro (America + Europe), anonymous KeepGo (Europe) and PokeFi (the rest of the world)

Don't support by your taxes a corruption and victimless crimes

Monero The most powerful liberalizing tool of global opportunism

The first step towards liberation is through the realization of the unfreedom of the status quo. We are born as tax slaves, we are universally discriminated against according to our place of birth, the state brands us, catalogues us, and usurps full control over all our economic activities. Is it possible to leap out of the status quo and gain substantially more economic and personal freedom? Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies represent the most powerful liberalization tools. Thanks to them, we can all be global and flexible. They also make it easier and simpler than ever to 'opt-out' of the system.
