Ingredients
Mixed spices, onions, tomatoes, boiled water, chicken, rice, salt, garlic, and tomato paste. (Topping)onions, mixed spices, zirishk, and nakhaj.
Recipe
Little bit oil and the onions , salt, tomatoes, the spices, and tomato paste and then the chicken we leave it on the stove for ten minutes. And then we put the boiled water, the chicken and the water cook for onje hour on medium heat. wash the rice put the chicken in the oven and put the rice in low heat for fifteenminutes.
Traditions
In the old days people sit on the floor and gather around a big plate and eat with there hands and old people help kids slice the chicken . My dish comes from (Najd) the central part of saudi arabia
