We don’t have any hold or control over the natural disasters that we experience every now and then with the passage of time. So it’s a natural phenomenon that we have to deal with floods, earthquakes, shortage of food supplies because of the weather conditions and many more. We have no hold on them, that’s a sure thing because that all happens naturally. But, what we can do is keep ourselves prepared to deal with such situations in future. We can prepare ourselves by keeping the necessary required relief products arranged. So if we come to experience such a situation, we would be able to somehow cope with it.

There are many NGO’s the basic relief supplier organizations. They establish their selves and arrange the necessary required relief items with them through their proper teams. Whenever there is an emergency situation in any part of the world they deliver those items there. They have proper teams of:

• A proper management looking after the whole processes and NGO activities.

Food supplying team:

What their responsibility is, they have to arrange eatable products. They purchase these products from the donations they have, also sometime they have the direct supply from the donators. In the place of an emergency they land with these products and deliver it to the infected people so they can fulfill their nutritional needs. These food products include dry milk, water, pulses, biscuits, porridge and many other similar stuff which is dry. So they can be used till a longer period of time.

Medical Staff:

They look after the health of the people in a particular infected area. They land there and make camps so that sick people can visit them for a checkup. They provide free medicines and treatment to them.

Quick Response Team:

They are the team who visit the various parts of the infected area and see if there is anyone in need of help. They get the people out of the damaged area to a safe plain land where they can get proper treatment and help.

They are responsible for creating proper executable plans and look after the whole things. This ensures that everything is happening as it should be.
