If a teacher wants to teach Christ, he must be deeply loved as the person he teaches. In the context of our society, teachers are considered gods and they deserve character as teachers.

    
In my opinion, only an experienced, deserving and qualified person should be selected as a teacher, not just one who pursues an alternative career choice. Since teaching is one of the most important professions that determines the career of children, no one can be selected for teaching.

So why do we continue to encourage employers to pay teachers better, when there is no doubt that a skilled profession earns more money than we currently get? That is why we praise the best teachers, demand their necessity, but never solve the problem of paying them better.
