Grab a piece of paper and draw, color, and label a large circle (sun), medium circle (earth), and small circle (the moon)
Draw yourself or another human/animal standing on top of Earth
STEP TWO
Cut out two strips of paper (at least four inches long)
Bonus points for coloring in those strips of paper as a nightsky
STEP THREE
Cut out your earth, moon, and sun
STEP FOUR
Glue or tape your earth to one end of a paper strip and then glue your moon to one end of the second paper strip
STEP FIVE
Come see Ms. Russel for TWO metal brads
STEP SIX
Poke a hole through your sun and the other end of your paper strip with Earth attached to the other end. Put the metal brad through both holes, bending the ends flat to secure the sun to the paper strip with earth
STEP SEVEN
Using the second brad, poke a hole through your earth and the strip of paper with the moon attached to one end. Put the metal brad through both holes, bending the ends flat to secure the earth and the moon strip
STEP EIGHTH
When you are done show Ms. Russel so she can give you credit :)
