Auto-Detention
- Talks back to a demerit without significant disrespect
- Rolls eyes in response to a demerit
- Refuses to fix behavior after receiving a demerit for that same behavior
Referral
- Earns 5 demerits
- Flips off another student
- Responds in a verbally disrespectful way to a demerit/redirect
- Causes a major disruption that prevents the continued learning in class

- Name the action, and that is is an auto-detention
