Conclusion
- If initial investment is not a problem and we are sure about 50,000 users using SCORM in Aktivlearn in next one year, we should go with SCORM Engine.
- If we are not sure about 50,000 users in one year, we can start with Cloud and migrate to Engine later. Additional effort - 1 month.
