Mise-en-Scene

The mise-en-scene of Game of thrones really helps to interpret the story line of the show. The setting and costumes used gives the audience the idea of what time and age the storyline is trying to interpret such as the scenes where  3 of the character holding fire throches, on the top of their horses. This scene helps the audience to understand how they use to live in that time.

Editing

During the show they used a lot of editing techniques but one of the most used was quick cuts. They used a lot of quick cuts in the same scene with the reason to shot to the audience what is happening but with different angles.

Sound

In the show there are a lot of sound effects, one of the most noticeable is a deep rumbling sound of the old gate opening at the beginning of the show. This sound effect helps interpret to the audience an action which is happening in the scene.

Camera/Cinematography

In the show the producer used a lot of different camera angles in the story line. One of the camera angle is POV angles, in some particular scenes this shot is vital such as in the scene where Bran and Jon, the king's son is looking up to the king and then the camera reverse to the kings POV, this shot gives the audience the feeling that the king is powerful for the reason his looking down on his sons. Another shot is the establish shot used in the scene where the King, the queen and all the stark boy pay all their attention on bran as he attempt to shoot his bow at the target. this hots give the audience a plain view of  the surrounding which the character are giving the audience the idea of what kind of place they live.
