Simplify and not change everything the teachers already know and do

Teachers are usually really busy people and don't have the time to learn how to incorporate your service in their teaching process.

Argentinian government give laptops to each student, but at the end teachers don't allow their usage in the classroom because they don't have the time to learn how to use them.

Conclusion

Creating a good edtech startups which works with schools requires a lot of knowledge of how the current educational industry operates right now and what you can do to improve it while avoid creating more work for teachers and actually simplifying their jobs.
