Disrupting Dynamo: Planning and Expectations

This presentation aims to answer a couple of questions presented to our task force during Dynamo's 2016 Winter Retreat: How can we better plan out a project at the outset so that it is possible to measure success ​during​ the project and is ultimately more successful by the end and how can we better set, clarify and manage expectations so that we and the client are always on the same page.
