What is Freelance?

Freelance is an English term, adapted by societies to describe that worker on their own. In the old days it was called Freelance to the mercenaries, these were people without boss or determined responsibility until the moment in which someone hired them to fulfill a task, these tasks usually consisted of murders and kidnappings. Nowadays the term is more generic, after being coined by English and Spanish writers and also by being adapted to the dictionaries of Oxford and the RAE. When we refer to a Freelance, it is because we will be aware that his boss and his time are of the same, regardless of the establishment that he has, a Contingent Employment worker executes his work in the time in which he considers necessary and opportune.
