Changes we are doing in current process

• Assign the LOE to architects and in case they don’t want to do it, they have to send an email to the loe-request.
• Architects should preferably select a PSE/Staff as a resource from them from their mentees.
• In case of an out of domain LOE task, architect will be provided with a senior resource for that domain but they cannot back out from the task.
