The practice of enhancing healthy behaviors, through exercise, rest, emotional well-being, and proper diet.

Healthy Eating

A proper diet is a big factor during your lifetime. I have recently started eating healthier for past month. I have substituted some foods with close alternatives. I am also working on drinking more water through-out the day. I would like to continue to make healthier choices for now on.

Stress

Stress can cause illness to everyone. I am one of those people who stresses about, almost EVERYTHING! I come across as a shy person, so I tend to get nervous and worry about a lot of things. I need to learn how to calm down, and realize that some things aren't worth stressing about! So I'd like to improve my amount of stress levels.

Body Image

 Many people struggle with the issues of their body images. Many don't think they're 'perfect' enough, according to society. I'd like to improve my body image, and not for anyone else but myself! I know I can push myself so I can feel more confident about my body.

Physical Activity

 Many people lack of some physical activity in their lives. I try to keep active every day. I always find something to do if I'm bored. I love most outdoor activities including, biking, basketball, and walking my dogs. I have joined the gym, and tend to continue with that.

Is your life balanced?

From researching all these topics, I'd say my life is close to being balanced. I'm moving forward in a motivational way. I hope one day I can be more happy with these healthy living choices.
