Projects not completed last year: 

Mission Bay sewer maintenance, switchgear and primary switch assets, condition-based PMs

Challenges:

TIME:

  • Day-to-day maintenance of EZMax and Maximo systems and devices: on-boarding assistance, training, setup of new employees , troubleshooting, detailed PM schedule maintenance and ongoing  adjustments
  • Incoming flow of new project requests

PRIORITY CHANGES:

  • Reordered some of our priorities as new needs revealed themselves across the year, e.g. New Building Turnover Matrix and asset classification specification development

NEW PROJECT REQUESTS:

  • For 2018, we'll be implementing a formalized process to maintain visibility
