Challenges:
TIME:
- Day-to-day maintenance of EZMax and Maximo systems and devices: on-boarding assistance, training, setup of new employees , troubleshooting, detailed PM schedule maintenance and ongoing adjustments
- Incoming flow of new project requests
PRIORITY CHANGES:
- Reordered some of our priorities as new needs revealed themselves across the year, e.g. New Building Turnover Matrix and asset classification specification development
NEW PROJECT REQUESTS:
- For 2018, we'll be implementing a formalized process to maintain visibility
