Here is a brief description of our Administrative Assistant position
Purpose of the position:
Be a reliable support for the association in their vision and mission
This position will always be advised by a member of the board of directors in order to maintain the Association’s operation and continuity of its activities.
Reply to people interested in LBP:
- Review and answer emails that contain FAQ from congresolbp@gmail.com, secretaria@lbpiercing.com and messages on Facebook
- Will keep an updated file a file with FAQ
Main activities of the position:
Google Drive files:
- Maintain order in secretaria@lbpiercing.com Google Drive
- Update the terms, conditions and policies files for the LBP Congress each year at least 10 months before the event
Board members activities:
- In messages containing matters that need attention by any of the LBP board members the Administrative Assistant will deliver the task to the board member responsable
- Take note of the requests from those interested in the services provided by the association such as courses, workshops or memberships
- Distribute the activities to be carried out within the association
Communication with LBP website manager:
- Review the information that will be published to the official LBP website
- Maintain contact with the official LBP website manager and make sure the information is well placed, has the correct information and looks good

Organize a successful LBP Congress:
- Carry out the LBP congress planning timeline for a successful and timely congress
- Be aware of the tasks that are necessary to accomplish in each of the stages of the timeline and confirm its correct execution

To create a precedent for the next board members the person in charge would create a monthly report of the activities carried out by the the LBP Association with the purpose of registering all the movements made by the Association
Requirements for the position of Administrative Assistant:
- At least 10 hours a week and 30 to 40 hours a week 3 months before the LBP Congress
- Knowledge of Word and Excel software and have the ability to write and format documents
- Understand and actively use Google Drive
- Have access to a computer and Internet
- Must be familiar with the technology (or an alternative) used to carry out the LBP Congress registry
This is a paid positions that the LBP Association currently have, at the moment we are covering the monthly payment of $4000MXN and we believe an increase of that quantity would be worthy and beneficial to all
As we talked about in our previous conversation at the last LBP congress 2019, we would like to take your offer on your support with a monthly $450 USD aid to cover this position
We will provide the APP a report with the progress and activities made by the Administrative Assistant
