- I will guide you through a recipe. You can navigate through it by phrases that you'd use when speaking to your friend ("What's next?")
- Don't hesitate to ask me any questions related to the process or cooking in general.
- If the information that I give you is not enough, you can ask for more. ("how do I do that?")
- I am also able to set a timer for you or start a stopwatch.
Are you ready?
You will make Italian Caprese wraps.
Shall we start?
Start by slicing the tomato.
Slice it laying on its side, to slices about 5mm thick.
Slice the mozzarella cheese
Take one wrap and start laying the mozzarella, tomatoes and basil from the left to right of the centre.
Put slice of tomato and lay slice of mozzarella on it, and then basil leaf on the mozzarella.
Sprinkle generously with sea salt. You can also add pepper if you like.
Drizzle with virgin olive oil
Lift the bottom edge up, tucking the edges in
To fold the wrap, first take the side edges and tuck them in
Pull the overlapping bottom edge around the filling
Roll the tortilla to close it. Well done!
