Location

Location 1:

For our video the first location required was a recording studio. This was because at the beginning of the song there is a male voice that sounds a lot like a recoding studio set up, so it would sound right if we were to shoot in there as well. For this we could use the studio in the school's music block. There is only one problem with this and it is the fact that it may look too much like the school, so we will have to film/edit it in such a way that it is not obvious that we are filming in school.

Alternatively we could get around this problem is by using black boards and then just having a microphone set up to try and make it look almost the same as a studio.

Location 2:

Our second idea was to have the two actors walking through a wood which just around the comer from the school. This would be very convenient as we could go there at short notice when the weather conditions were right as opposed to wasting time travelling to more distance location. We would like to have a sunset as seen  through the trees, but we would need to check the Met Office website to make sure that weather conditions will be favourable.

We would also like to have a overgrown field at the same time.

Ideally we would like to shoot scenes in all four seasons, but this will take very careful planning as we will be doing most of the filming in Autumn/ Winter

Props

Prop 1:

One prop witch we will need for the first part of the shoot will be a microphone witch could be seen in a recording studio. this will give the video a realistic look.

This maybe harder to get as when we will be filming the music block may need to use it, so we would have to look at booking it after school or having to pay to use one out side of school. 

prop 2:

We may also need to use a guitar to go with some parts of the song. For this we could either use an acoustic guitar or a electric guitar such as a Strat (as seen in the photo). That will not look out of place as they would have been used in this type of music.

Actors

Actor 1:

For the first actor we will need a young man who will take the part of the signer. He will to learn the lyrics of the song so he will be able to lip sync.

We will need to choreograph movement and direct his facial expressions to reflect the emotional content of the song.

Actor 2:

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Morbi nec metus justo. Aliquam erat volutpat.

Actor 3:

For the second actor we will also need another male that is the one that gets left by the girl in the recording studio and through out the video trying to get her back.
