Mentor Experience
20% of our mentors have more than 5 years of mentorship experience.
Our mentors have mentored an average of 13 students outside of Thinkful.
About half of our mentors teach outside of Thinkful.
Growth Mindset!
On average, our mentors believe that intelligence can change, and hard work matters more than natural talent.
