Promote healthy activities and healthy eating habits.

4 relations:

Food: PK miles, FKs recipes: references recipe(recipes), avg_time: references trails avg_time, miles: references trails miles
Water: PK oz_water, FK avg_time references trail avg_time

Features:
- Drop down selection for trails
- Slider for weight input
-Action Button, once pressed will show trail information, food information and water information.
-Calories burned are calculated by weight input

Disclaimer Message:
Explanation of how accurate certain things are. 8 ounces of water is based on 30 minutes of hiking therefore the water information card can be different for each person based on speed that they complete a hike. Average hike time is not accurate for everyone
Additions:
1. Adding calories burned to trails and calories in the food. At first I did calories burned on a 150 pound person. The walking speed, intensity of trail and weight of a person determine the calories burned. I changed it to account for user input to lose ambiguity of the calories burned.
2. Water table and adding in how much water to drink after or on the hike. "Equally important, if not more" - my dad
What I want to do:
Add more food so that there are more options or add a section that has instructions to the recipe. Also maybe an informational section on why the foods are chose, which foods of avoid, pros & cons to eating before or after a hike. I want the user to be able to learn about their body and hiking, have growth with healthy habits and enjoy a new hobby.
