EQUIPMENT DOCUMENTATION

We used the Canon Powershoot SX260 when filming our Preliminary Task and it produced high quality clips as well as being easy to use. We will use this camera again when filming our music video as it belongs to Nicole, meaning we are aware of what are the best settings to use.

We will also be using the iPhone 6 camera as this allows us to use different visual effects, including time lapse. Nicole also has a fisheye lens that attaches to the iPhone 6 camera, meaning we can vary our shots throughout our video.

To ensure our shots are stabilised, we will use a tripod. This will also add to the overall professionalism of our final product.

We will be using Final Cut Pro to edit our music video as I am very comfortable with this format. For our film opening last year, as well as our Preliminary Task this year, I used Final Cut Express. Final Cut Pro is similar in its layout but offers a wider selection of filters, transitions and effects. 

We will use the projectors at school to project different clips onto our protagonist. This was inspired by Halsey's Ghost video and was effective in portraying a creative atmosphere.
