How do I share my earned badges?

Though you can share your earned badges at the Badges@MIT website, you may want to also share them outside of the MIT community on social networking sites like Twitter or LinkedIn.

This can be done easily with a FREE account at Credly.com.

What is Credly?

Credly is a badge management platform. It allows you to pull all your badges together in one place, and share them. For example, if you earned badges from Educause you could organize them, along with your MIT badges, together.

How do I share my badges?

When you are awarded a badge, you will receive an email notification.

To easily "push" the badge out to Credly.com, you simply click the "Save & Share" button.

After clicking the button in your email message, you will be taken to credly.com.

Then, click the button "Login to Save & Share." If you do not have an account, you can create one.

After logging into Credly, you will be able to Accept the badge.

To share it, check the box beside "Public."

You will then be able to share your badge on social networking sites.
