During these 4 weeks of classes, we didn't have access to NILE modules. So, we didn't have access to any lecture files and lab documents.
Solved through manual means
The Problem

Most of the students were waiting in turn to get their files.

The problem with that
- Risking sensitive credentials on a lab computer. It's commonly used.
- Mostly security reasons
Counter Arguments
- We would have access to NILE soon. So, problem solves itself.
- You could bring your own computer.
- Use public file sharing services i.e. Dropbox
That's not the only problem

Provide an easy way for anyone to create a user group anywhere with minimal setup in less than 10 seconds.
- No logins with email
- Minimal verification and sign in process
- Create a templated forum or group instantly without a prior knowledge of the software
It should facilitate group communication without getting in the way

- Create browser based group chat application with forum functionalities
- Test the application in real world scenario
- Implement login less system
