Journaling

Format

# Journaling

**Date** 2/13/17

## What it is

Journaling is a method of solidifying what is learned by writing information on a topic
down at the end of the day.

## Why is it important to me?

It uses note-taking and active recall as the primary method of reinforcing neurons which
will make using the information later easier.

## Notes

Here I will write long hand about what I learned about journaling and the benefits. This
is the active recall part of the journaling experience, where I take the general concepts
of the lesson and now write them out in my own words. This will force me to understand
the concepts. If I don't understand the concepts then I will look them up.
