• The last date for submission time should end during working hours  i.e 17:00
• The calls for technical and administrative support should be entertained during the working hours.
• There should be a list of FAQ to resolve the small queries for the students related to academics and technical.
• Posting of hard copy should be mentioned by Indian post.
• Uninterrupted power supply.
• UG degree should be base to choose the PG courses.
• All experience should be calculated in months.

• Extra curricular activity should be listed (radio button for selection).
• GATE/CEED marks cutoff to be categorised by streams (Civil, Architecture, Planning, Design).
• The specimen for the form filling should be available on webpage.
