Over the course of the years, I have taken up opportunities to learn skills relevant to being valuable in the workplace. While they might look unrelated at first glance, my involvement and completion of the various programs whose certificates which are presented in this slide have helped me:
- Develop industry-relevant soft skills such as teamwork, giving and receiving feedback, and communication.
- Learn and understand the pain points of users and customers and use those in preferring solutions to them.
- Create quality content that drives conversion and customer retention.
