technology does not matter
USERS MATTER.
- Marketing is not "sales," but the science of knowing what people who buy your product repeatedly think of that product and whether they will buy it again, and why.
WHAT IS "CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT' to me?
Being INTERESTED in PEOPLE
WANTING to UNDERSTAND what they want
ASKING (not "saying") the right things
Get to know your customer
even if it means getting out of your comfort zone!
