Great communication is about collaboration with associates, both in written and oral form, in delivering proper and accurate information together for the better of the company (10).

Make info Concise, easy to understand,

Communicate clearly what the main points are;

Avoid repetition/inconsistency

Coherence

Organize your content; make it easy to follow, e.g. headings, subheadings, transitions, paragraphs

Accuracy of info; proofread, spell-check everything

Do you understand what you are actually saying?

Conciseness

ACTIVE VOICE

Use straightforward language: “I, we, the company acted…”

Speak in a professional tone,
