- Văd în Lunch & Learn oportunitatea de a afla lucruri la care nu m-aș fi gândit să le caut de una singură pe Internet.
- Informația e acum la îndemâna oricui datorită Internetului, dar tocmai această abundență de informație e copleșitoare uneori. Asta îmi place la Lunch&Learn: informația este filtrată prin prisma celui care prezintă, deci ne putem bucura de un conținut calitativ.
- Imi place ideea Lunch & Learn pentru ca este o
modalitate prin care pot afla lucruri noi in
timpul pauzei de masa, ceea ce face ca pauza
sa fie cu adevarat bine folosita.
Code Kata
- Te invata sa te detasezi de cod si te face sa intelegi ca tot timpul va exista o varianta mai buna la care poti ajunge iar pe parcursul acelor pasi poti invata multe lucruri noi precum: shortcut-uri, ce si de ce este eficient etc.
- Partea cea mai bună a ședințelor este că nu te stresează deadlineul și te poți concentra să scrii cod mai eficient și mai frumos. Este o activitate folositor mai ales pentru developeri noi pentru că au șansa de a se dezvolta intr-un mediu mai relaxat dar totuși cu scopuri binedefinite
și primescfeedback și sfaturi de la
colegi mai experimentati.
