At any given moment individuals are flooded with millions of bits of information, but can only consciously process about 40. 

Heuristics are simple, efficient rules which people often use to form judgments and make decisions.

BIAS

A particular tendency, inclination, feeling or opinion, especially one that is preconceived or unreasoned  

What is bias?

We are all biased.
