- Creates a responsive modal message window with user supplied padding
- Creates a 24 cookie to only display to admins once a day
- Initially used to alert Agency admins about the need to convert sub-accounts to the new drag-and-drop editor
- Next phase is to develop "micro-site" within iframe to explain the drag and drop features, and lead agency admin to controls page where they can change settings for sub accounts
- Will be reused to implement "Message of the Day" features
