Hey! I'm Mikli. I use tech and automations to help online businesses like yours create workflows that are
And I'm making some assumptions! >>
d
At scale
high-touch, high-end, and hands-free.
One
At least for this offer, you're no longer creating completely bespoke proposals for every client. This program or service has a set scope for everyone who signs up.
Two
You're beginning to enroll people at scalable rates i.e. it's starting to not make sense for someone to be managing each client's onboarding experience personally.
Three
No contract no work!
Here's the onboarding flow I typically build for high-end, scalable offerS
- Client pays for the offer
- They're asked to sign the contract
- If they haven't signed in x days, send a follow-up
- (Up to x more times)
- If they still haven't signed, notify the team to personally message the client
- Once they sign, they're granted access to your offer
- And the rest of the onboarding can commence!
Here's how
the tech looks like
Thrivecart - Activecampaign - zapier - Sign now
The automation series has 3 parts:
- When they purchase, tag them in ActiveCampaign
- The contract signing / follow-up / access / welcome sequence in ActiveCampaign
- When they sign the contract, tag them in ActiveCampaign, and grant them access to your offer
1. when they purchase, tag them in Activecampaign
This is the tag that will trigger the onboarding sequence. Your payment processor may have a native integration, like ThriveCart does. Otherwise, Zapier!

2. The contract signing / follow-up / access / welcome sequence in ActiveCampaign
There are two branches here: has signed the contract, and hasn't signed the contract 😄

3. When they sign the contract, tag them in ActiveCampaign, and grant them access to your offer
I use SignNow for this. The "signing link" is guh-reat, and it plays nice with Zapier. This step also makes them jump to the has signed branch where they can receive the legit welcome emails!

What
did we automate?
-
The task of sending clients a contract and protecting your work
-
The (multiple) tasks + brainpower of checking whether the client has signed the contract or not (and remembering to check!)
-
The decision about what to do depending on whether or not a client has signed the contract
-
The (multiple) tasks (and emotional hnnng, at least for me!) of sending follow-up emails
-
The task of granting access to the offer (and walking them through it!)
