Choosing a Theme



Choose a theme for your Summer Adventure presentation.

ADDING AND DELETING A SLIDE


To Insert a new slide , go to the Menu bar and select Slide ► New Slide. We can simply press the shortcut key CTRL + M .
To Delete a slide,  simply go to Slide ► Delete Slide or select a slide and click Delete in our keyboard.

To insert texts in our presentation, we need to select Click  to add title  Text Box, 

then a blinking vertical line will be seen, it indicate that you can now add a text.

RENAMING PRESENTATION


To rename presentation, simply click on the Untitled presentation in gray found on the upper left side of the window and rename the file to the theme of your presentation. In the example, the presentation name was renamed to Summer Adventure.

saving and downloading

To Save our presentation, we simply need to wait for the confirmation that our presentation was saved.  To know that the revisions we made to our presentation have been saved, look at the menu bar and beside it are gray wordings  that say either 

All Changes Saved in Drive or Saving... To Download our presentation, we simply need to go to File ► Download As ► Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx).

To change our Fonts in Google Presentation, select a Text Box or Highlight Text ►Font.

To change our Font Size,  select a Text Box or Highlight Text ►Choose/Type the size of the Font.

To change the Font Color of our texts, select a Text Box or Highlight Text ► Font Color

To change alignment of our texts, first select a Text Box, ► Align 


ADDING BACKGROUND











To change the slide background, simply look to the Formatting Toolbar ► Change Background which is to the left of Layouts.
To start presenting our presentation, simply click on the Present found on the upper right of our workspace.
