Basic Principles

• Focus on the development of portfolio items
  (individual or in a team)
• Learning goals are leading!
• Strong connection with work-field

For each Individual Focus you describe:

• What you want to learn
• On which criteria you want to be assessed
• Which portfolio item you deliver
• How to grade you (rubrics):
  • What is sufficient (must have) 
  • What is good (could have)
  • What is excellent (would have)
• Guidance by teachers
• Learning materials

Requirements & Rules

• at least 3 focus areas
• at least 2 mean directions
• 1 project is max. 10 ECTS
• For every 5 ECTS you deliver 1 portfolio item
• Working in a team in minimal 1 project 

Assessment

• Assessed on learning goals
• You describe must have/could have/would have
• Portfolio item for every 5 ECTS
• Individual assessment by subject teacher
• Assessment of your self reflection

ECTS are only granted in BISON after approval of the self reflection report (reflective practitioner) by your coach!

• Approval of IF plan by subject teacher
