Market sources point out that Arcano has achieved a high valuation of Goiko: around 150 million euros, equivalent to almost 30 times the ebitda of 2017 and 12.5 times the estimate as of December 2018.

During the past year, Goiko Grill served more than 3.8 million customers in the 58 restaurants it had spread across 26 Spanish cities and whose staff increased to 890 workers.
