  • What are the team members goals? Are they heading in the right direction? Do they need anything from me to succeed?
  • What are the skills in my team to set people up for success?

Project work

  • What work is going on? (large and ad hoc)
  • How are they going?
  • Do they need any help?
  • What (if anything) do they need from me?

Time Management

  • What are the important things to do?
  • What can I delegate? Who can I delegate it to?
  • If everything is urgent, nothing is. There is always fires to put out
  • Awareness is key
