Example Admissions Lead Measure:
Increase daily outbound calls placed to qualified leads from 50 to 100

Lead measures solve the problem with direct action
WIG: "Increase annual water production from 175 million liters to 185 million liters by December 31.
Increase percentage of shifts with full crews from 80% to 95%
Increase percentage of compliance to preventative maintenance schedules from 72% to 100%

How to actually engage
Frustration comes from not being able to influence what needs influencing
If you feel frustrated, listen to yourself. Frustration is a signal.
