It turned out that the cause of impotence and erectile dysfunction may be the vicinity of the SIM1 gene (part of the signaling pathway that is involved in the formation of sexual function and body weight). At the same time, other genes, being in the immediate vicinity of this gene, are capable of independently increasing the risk of erectile dysfunction by 26%, even regardless of whether a man is overweight, diabetes mellitus or vascular problems. That is, according to scientists, over time, based on the study of this phenomenon, it is possible to create an effective method of treating the problem.

If you have a weak or strong erection or no erection, I advise you to go to the doctor. This is not a male problem that a man can solve on his own. Only a doctor can find the origins of its occurrence. 

Researchers from a university in Ohio have shown that a man thinks about sex about 19 times a day. Most often this happens due to excessive workload. That is, it is through sex that a man tries to find his island of rest.

I will add that a bad erection in men can occur even after a long, and premature ejaculation can only speak of a strong desire to make love. If a man cannot finish sexual intercourse for a long time, perhaps he drank too much or was simply tired. For example, if “not worth it”, the use of Viagra can only temporarily solve the problem, and in some cases, only exacerbate it. After all, sexual intercourse requires a lot of energy, which affects, first of all, the heart and blood vessels.
