2. Generate a lookup table to translate Emoji names to local.ch
   category/openplace IDs or query strings: 1134 lines of JSON.

• 330 Emojis are now redirected to category ID or query string.
• 531 Emojis still redirect to their (sometimes strange) default name
  (e.g. «waxing gibbous moon symbol»).
• «Live» for users in this building or with a MBA-activated phone.
