When users input notes into Daxko Operations, how quickly will they show in Engage?
When users add a new membership in Daxko Operations, how quickly will that new member show in Engage?

New Members
People that work in finance will typically add notes in Operations, while conversational notes are entered in Engage.
It's helpful for the user to see all the recent notes before they make a call or talk to a person, and it's a selling point of Engage that you can see notes from Ops.
We train users that they'll see notes in the other solution within 10-15 minutes.
Notes entered into Ops:
Notes can be entered from either the Membership Information Page in Ops, or the Member Information screen. Notes created in Ops show in the What's Going On tab on the Homepage, and on the Member 360 page.
Notes entered into Engage:
Notes can be entered from the DE Homepage, a Member 360 Page, when entering a task, or completing a task.
Notes created in Engage show on the Membership Information page in Ops.
Notes currently take 30-35 minutes to get from Ops to the Warehouse. (Jeff)
Engage looks for new member notes from the warehouse every 5 minutes. (Bryan)

Where did 10-15 minutes originally come from?
We'd like notes from Ops to show faster than in 30 minutes' time.
Could we get this to run any faster?
Technical Information
Front Desk users or Directors typically have both DO and DE running at the same time. Once the user adds a new membership into Ops, he/she typically wants to create notes or assign tasks for that person. We've seen reports of users not seeing new members in Engage for a day.
