Ability may take you to the top, but it takes character to keep you there.

Activity

2 minutes with a partner

  1. Identify a long term goal to them.
  2. Think of a short-term goal connected to the long term goal.
  3. With your partner, identify a value that lays behind the goals (HOW you do versus WHAT you do).
  4. Swap sides and help your partner find his value.

  1. Observe thoughts and feeling as they arise
  2. Allow them to pass
  3. Bring attention back to physical or mental task at hand
