  • Write a learning log or journal after important meetings/ moments. What do you remember?
  • Set aside a few minutes and watch 2 minutes of a vod mindfully. Recall as many details as possible. Describe the frequency of random thoughts and distractions.

Goal is to enhance focus and concentration.

NOT to eliminate random thoughts and emotions, but to act despite them.
