Bad Times are not so Bad

Bad time comes

Bad times will come in life as good time comes you can not do anything about it.

Its your time

It is completely up to you how you deal with this time.

Why does Bad things happen to Good people?

Bad things are the universe’s way of giving you vital information. And it’s entirely on you what you do with it.

Bad things are opportunities to grow and signal from universe that something is wrong with what you think about yourself.

We create problem for ourself

  • This is true that we create more problem for ourself then outer situations create for us. Then we justify it as bad time.
  • Negative Self talk attracts more negative situations in our life.
  • According to Law of Cause and Effect thoughts are the cause and situations are the effects.
  • Invest more time in living in past or thinking about future.
  • We punish ourself several time for one mistake we did in past or but we can't enjoy the one good moment again and again.
  • We are not conscious about our reaction.
  • We judge people and the situations and we are good at it.
  • Lost into thought process.
  • We are living in ERA where thinking too much is considered normal because everybody is doing this.
  • Just because everybody is doing this doesn't mean it is right.
  • Some thoughts are repetitive but we are not aware about the repetition.
  • Empty space of day & night doesn't feel comfortable we wanted to make something out of it. 
  • Not comfortable with not knowing.
  • Few thought patterns have nothing to do with what you are doing right now but you just keep thinking about that.

Few Examples of unconscious thinking

  • Each time you hear a Song remind you of something or some place or person.
  • Specific food eating remind you previous experience
  • Desire to Pee when you take shower
  • Song stuck in head (earworm)
  • Religious gathering make you religious
  • Repetitive life Cycle which repeat after few month or year.

Are you saying i should stop thinking?

NO

  • one should learn to manage his thought rather then try to stop thinking or trying to avoid some mental experience.
  • Continuous effort to avoid mental experience can lead to Experiential avoidance

Does self created bad time come in one day?

No, If your thoughts are causing the problem then first your body will start giving you some signal, You will have tendency to ignore them. If you don't understand those  signal then it will lead you to disaster.

Mind affect the matter

  • There are few scientific studies have been done about how mind affect the matter.
  • Our thought create the vibration and vibration affect the surrounding.

How to come out of bad time?

  • Take complete responsibility of your life situation.
  • Stop the mental judgement about the situation, people and yourself.
  • Change the mental story you tell to yourself.
  • Don't try to somehow escape from situation feel that intensity of situation.
  • Drop the sense the incompleteness.
  • Change your "do not wants" into their positive form
  • Stop deriving your sense of self from your problems.

Bad time reveal us few things

  • We always try to fit in social environment so that people accept us.
  • False believes which we inherit from parents, family and society.
  • We don't have our own value system, we live by others value systems.
  • False religious believes which creates Psycho spiritual issues. 

Ask right question to yourself to kick your thinking in right way.

  • What are the 5 things bugging me right now?
  • What are 3 most important things i want to change in my life?
  • How perfect my life will be if everything is possible to make my life right?
  • What are most biggest fear those keep me blocking?
  • Why are those fear, what single action i can take to overcome that fear?

Few Mind Body Tricks

  • Stand on your one feet and close your eyes if your mind body connection is better you will be able to stand otherwise you will not.
  • To keep your mind calm ask this question  to yourself "What is going on in my head right now?" and don't try to answer that question. Pay attention to that you will feel that thought will start losing its power.
  • Come out of habit of procrastination. We procrastinate because we want to do it perfect then ask yourself "Is your version of perfect is actually perfect?"
  • How wide you can think? Start wide imagination of your surrounding and keep that expanding it will give you sense of stillness.
  • You can feel yourself right? Think from where this sense of self came?
  • This way you will be your teacher and student at the same time.

  • What is Enlightenment?
  • Just feel the sense of this moment without any judgement, mind chatter. Pay complete attention.
  • Full attention also require full acceptance.
  • Use more then one sense at a time to stay completely in this moment.
  • Real pain is not the situation or the problem while the thought about the situation and problem.
