RFC Assess and Evaluate

 
  • Prior to change authorization change manager may trigger the evaluation of the design of the new or changed service to review the intended effects of the change
  • Pre-deployment a second evaluation will be performed. Now the results of testing can be used to represent the actual performance of the service after the change, such that the predicted and actual performance can be compared
  • Final evaluation is executed post deployment
  • In case of users dissatisfaction; investigate unpredicted effects that influenced this dissatisfaction
