I got

3 Changes

1st Change

Physical Change

  • Arms was tired.
  • My body was getting cold.
    Especially my feet was too cold.
    And I felt warm by water.

2nd Change

Physical Change

  • Lost power from arms by pain.
  • But also I got technique to use back.
    Before, my arms used too much power. 

3rd Change

Mental Change

  • I was totally tired.To do,or not to do.
  • My mind was empty.
    Just did paddling like a machine.
  • It was almost meditation.
