Students should understand the basic importance of innovation highlighted in this lesson, as well as have a better understanding of the usefulness and limitations of models.

Introduce the business model canvas used for business innovation.

 

 

Business model

We define "business model" as the logic by which an enterprise sustains itself financially. Put simply, its the logic by which an enterpirse earns its livelihood.
