This project will automate welder qualifications so that they can be updated on-the-job without off-line testing. Allowing them to stay on the job while weld certification processes are conducted in-line with the work performed as opposed to non-value added products for certification only.

• Reduce / Remove cost associated with conducting off-line welder certification testing
• Automate certification / qualifications tracking, auditing, and reporting
• Define and track weld definitions in the Digital Twin for production data reuse
