1. The present bus situation.
Negroes have to stand over empty seats of city buses, because the first ten seats are reserved for whites who sometimes never ride.
We wish to fill the bus from the back toward the front until all the seats are taken.
This is done in Atlanta, Georgia, Mobile, Alabama and in most of our larger southern cities.
