- Task Conflict : Deals with disagreement about a part of the subject.
- Interpersonal Conflict : when individuals disagree with another individual for reasons unrelated to the issue being discussed.
- Procedural Conflict :This conflict results when there is a disagreement over the procedures followed to accomplish a goal of the community.

- Analyze the existing situation.
- Encourage communication :
