1. Higher neutron rate, slower release


- neutron rate +30%
- transport rate -40%
2. More irradiations midcourse

2 x 7h around Xmas
Another 8h irradiation on day 15

3. Freezing incident
- base rate is 50% lower than run-1
- after the freeze, improvement +50%

Preliminary conclusions
- We need to wait for:
- the foil analysis
- the final tritium release
- Uncertainties:
- TBR (eg. lead bricks vs no lead bricks, DT source model...)
- LSC counts error bars
- Foil counts
- Live with these uncertainties and run the model parametrically
